What we shipped, in plain language.

Raising a PR-sourced PO line above the requisition quantity is refused, which read as the goods receipt locking the line. The message now explains that an excess delivery is accepted through the line’s over-delivery tolerance, which the goods receipt already honours.

Incoming Shipments, Supplier Invoices, Supplier Documents Review and Supplier Analytics use the same standard list screen.

Purchase Orders, PO Line Items, Purchase Requisitions, RFIs, RFQs, Supplier Evaluations and Evaluation Templates, the Expeditor worklist, the Replenishment worklist, Vendor Master, Supplier Onboarding and Discovery, and Vendor Capacity now use the standard list screen: header icon bar, Grid and Pivot tabs, saved layouts and Excel export. PO Line Items can also be downloaded as a PDF.

A new Newsletter Subscription page in the user menu lets you subscribe to a weekly or monthly digest of Biztimize product news, delivered at your local hour. Subscription is confirmed by email, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and nothing is sent when there is nothing new.

Contracts can be signed (with a new contract PDF), a certificate signs only for its owner, and unapproved purchase orders are refused by name. Clause versions, variables and applicability rules have their own screens, and vendor, company and document pickers replace typed ids.

Contract Management is now its own licensed module (permissions prefixed ctm.) instead of being licensed only with Compliance Management. Existing role grants carry over.

A new “Terms from Clause Library” button on a draft purchase order assembles its Terms & Conditions from the vendor contract in force on the order date, asking for any value the contract does not state. The printed PO now shows the clauses.

A contract is submitted once it has its clauses and every required value, approved by someone other than the submitter, and can then be renewed or terminated. It can be returned to draft with a reason; only a draft is edited, and overlapping active contracts are refused.

Submitting a contract starts the Contract Approval workflow (role “Contract Approver”). Contracts are approved, rejected or returned only in My Approvals, which now shows the contract on its Document tab and explains a refused approval.

The Model Builder (MBA) proof of concept has been removed, together with its page and menu item.

Picking a yarn on a greige costing’s Yarn Bill of Materials now fills its Count as well as its Cost/kg, from the yarn hierarchy, else from the count in the yarn code. A plied count is given as its resultant (2/30 → 15); a denier yarn is named but never filled, and a typed count is kept when nothing is found.

The Line Items tab of the opportunity dialog opens in about half a second instead of 7–8 seconds, and typing in one line no longer redraws every other line.

A price revision can be narrowed to chosen products: only sheets whose opportunity line item is one of those products are re-priced. Products alone cover every opportunity with a line item of them. Customers, Opportunities and Products are searchable checkbox lists that stay open while you pick, and the chosen products show as chips on the run and in the list.

The customer ledger list priced a foreign-currency customer at today’s rate, so its balance disagreed with the Closing card on the ledger itself. The list now shows the statement’s rupee closing balance.

A foreign-currency journal line put its transaction-currency amount on the GL open item, so open-item totals under-read the account balance. Open items now store the company-currency amount.

The per-account summary cards listed every company’s accounts; they now show only the active company’s.

Posting refuses a foreign-currency invoice at a rate of 1.000000, a home-currency invoice carrying a rate, and a rate more than 10% away from the exchange-rate master. A stale invoice total is re-summed before posting, and the invoice is filed under the company that raised it.

A receipt’s receivables account must be the customer’s control account and its bank account must be a different, non-control account. A rupee receipt with manual lines but no bank-credited amount is refused — the lines used to be dropped silently. Simulate flags possible duplicate receipts across customers.

A posted invoice can no longer have its accounting fields, priced line fields or totals changed, or be deleted. Correct it with a credit note or a reversal instead.

Choosing a source vendor or customer now lists every uncleared item on both sides — invoices, credit memos, AP debit notes, advances and down payments. The net of the ticked items decides which side is debited and credited; on the target only items on the opposite side can be ticked.

A customer balance can now be transferred to a vendor.

Exceptions are checked every hour from 09:00 to 20:00 IST instead of once a day. A digest that only reports resolved exceptions goes to the bell, not to email.

Exception emails and digests read like “Task #709” with no name, project or date. They now describe the record itself: a headline, its key facts, the rule’s conditions in words and amounts in the record’s own currency, with a link that opens the exception directly.
