Cutting notes can now generate their bundle lines automatically from the lay slip's rolls, marker ratios and Nr of Markers per size.
Warnings and checks before generating
Generation is refused with a clear reason if the lay slip has no roll-wise lay records, or if a chosen roll is already bundled on another cutting note. It also warns about rolls with no bits recorded and about applied down-size re-cuts, which you adjust by hand.
Generate bundles automatically on a cutting note
A draft cutting note can now create its bundle lines for you, by size and by roll, based on the bits on each roll, the marker's size ratio and the Nr of Markers. You can preview the lines first, choose which rolls to include, and replace lines already on the note.
Marker sizes matched to order sizes
Marker sizes from CAD are matched to the production order's sizes automatically where the match is clear (for example 3-6 to 3/6M). Where it isn't, you choose the order size, and generation is blocked until you do.
Nr of Markers per size on the lay slip
The lay slip form now lets you enter the Nr of Markers for each size, which controls how many pieces go into one bundle. A size you leave blank uses 2.
