The New Inspection Lot dialog no longer redraws the lots grid on every keystroke.
Typing in the New Inspection Lot dialog redrew every row of the inspection lots grid behind it, about 0.8 seconds per character. The grid now stays still while the dialog is filled in.
Every rate on a price revision now shows what the costings, the last costing and the master hold beside it.
A costing made against the opportunity (with no line item) was read as priced in rupees, so the price revision said “All items are priced in rupees” and no exchange rate could be entered. The currency now comes from the line item, else the opportunity, else the customer.
Exchange rates show the Costings, Last costing, Master and New values side by side; container freight shows Costings and Last costing. The entered rate becomes the costing rate of every new version in that currency, and the grid prints the rate under each foreign-currency price.
The Price Revisions list uses the standard list screen with Grid and Pivot tabs and a saved Layout control.
Margin and transport per CBM move out of the New / Edit dialog into a “Margin and Transport” card on the run, with their last costing values, saved with the other rates.
Advances can cover several purchase orders, TDS is withheld only on the lines its section covers, and several finance screens are corrected.
A debit or credit note sent back with “Return for revision” goes back to Draft so it can be corrected, and the return email reaches its author.
On Balance Transfer the supplier and customer pickers list the chosen company’s parties as soon as they open.
Posting a vendor invoice no longer applies a standalone advance automatically, and applies a PO-linked advance only up to the share of the purchase order that the invoice bills.
TDS under 194C / 194J is withheld only on service and job work lines, and 194Q only on goods, so a job-work vendor who also supplies goods is no longer charged 194C on the goods. Non-PO invoices are unchanged, and the PO invoice form now offers “Enter TDS manually”.
The “Open items only” toggle is removed: the postings tabs always show the full ledger and the Open Items tab lists unsettled items. With “Show reversed” off, a reversed pair no longer appears on the Open Items tab.
A vendor advance can now cover several purchase orders of the same supplier and currency, each with its own share. Bank charges and round-off lines can be added to an advance, and Simulate shows the journal before the request or payment is saved.
The Vendor Balance List Excel export signs balances the same way as the Vendor Ledger.
Opening and Closing Balance in the Vendor Balance List Excel export are written debit +, credit −, and the totals row is written as a number, including the opening and closing totals that were previously missing.
Notifications from visitor check-in, front desk and project chat reach the right people again.
The host of a walk-in visitor, and the people notified of front desk entries and dispatches, receive their bell notification and live alert again.
Project chat messages now send phone and desktop push notifications to room members.
Lengthwise cut plans fit the right number of pieces across the fabric, and the printed Cutting Note holds 90 bundles a sheet.
For a lengthwise lay the cut plan now measures the cut length across the fabric width. Plans that were refused a piece count that fits are accepted, and fabric consumption is no longer overstated. A typed 0 for shrinkage or process loss is kept rather than replaced by the defaults.
The printed Cutting Note is redesigned for A4 in black ink only, so it photocopies cleanly.
Foreign-currency customer ledgers state rupee figures correctly, and ledger exports sign balances debit plus, credit minus.
On a foreign-currency customer ledger the Opening, Total Debit, Total Credit and Closing cards, the running Balance column and the PDF are all stated in company currency, so the Closing card equals the last balance on the statement.
The Vendor Ledger Excel export writes balances debit +, credit −, as the customer and GL ledgers already do.
A foreign-currency sales invoice now carries its own exchange rate into the customer ledger, so the ledger agrees with the General Ledger instead of showing the foreign amount under a rupee heading.

The seeded Stock Abstract layouts include columns for stock shipped and received on transport orders.
Stock transport orders go through an approval workflow (role “STO Approver”) when they are submitted. An amended order restarts its approval.
A replenishment worklist compares each plant’s stock, in-transit quantity and open inbound orders with its reorder point and proposes draft transport orders from the supplying plant. Serial-numbered materials ship and are received by named unit, and a mobile pick-and-ship / receive page uses the warehouse scanner.
A transfer between two plants registered under different GSTINs of the same company is treated as a branch transfer: a tax invoice is raised by the sending GSTIN, with e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill, and appears in that GSTIN’s GSTR-1. The transfer value comes from configurable valuation rules and price lists, and input tax is taken only on the quantity actually received.
A new Materials → Stock Transport page moves stock from one plant to another within the same company. An order is created, submitted and approved, then shipped and received in two separate steps.
Material Management lists move to the standard grid layout with pivot views and exports.
Goods Receipts, Goods Issues (production and cost centre), Material Documents and their line items, Batches, Handling Units, Rejections, Serial Numbers, Weight Adjustments, Stock Audit, Landed Cost, Customer-Owned Stock, Supplier Material References and Delivery Note capture now share the standard grid layout, with a pivot view, saved layouts, search and Excel and PDF export.
Type the purchase price of each colour and size directly, and have automatic requisitions and orders use it.
A price term for a single attribute value can be saved again.
In every variant grid a fabric width of 100 now comes after 66 and 70, rather than before them.
Requisitions raised from planned orders and replenishment, and purchase orders converted from requisitions, now take the price of the exact variant from the chosen supplier. Purchase order and requisition prices hold up to four decimal places.
A supplier’s price for each variant is entered as the final price in a colour × size (or length) grid. A whole row or column can be set at once or copied across; a blank cell means the base price applies.
