What we shipped, in plain language.

CRM now has an Order Book page that shows every sales order line together with every field of its order. Important columns load first, and the other columns, including the picture, are in the column chooser and load only when you show them.

You can export the Order Book, in both Lines and Grouped views, to Excel.

Ask questions about the data the Order Book is showing. Answers to repeated questions are cached until the data changes. You can save any answer as a grid layout or a pivot report. Outside the development environment, Ask AI needs an AI key set up for your company.

You can save the Order Book's columns and its Lines or Grouped mode as a layout. Pivot Analysis also supports saved Order Book reports.

Switch between Lines and Grouped views. You can group by parent material (variants roll up), customer, order, season, order type, merchandiser, sales person, or order or delivery month. Each group is split by unit and shows total and pending quantity and the average selling price in INR, net and before tax. Click a group to see its lines.

A default schedule with zero weekly workdays was accepted. It is now rejected with an explanation, since it would make absence rates unmeasurable.

Default work schedules that apply to a payroll area used to show a blank payroll area. The area name now appears.

A default schedule that applies to all companies, payroll areas or employee types could not be created. It can now, and a second default for exactly the same scope is refused.

A Backfill tab previews who would be assigned which default. You can apply to everyone or only to ticked rows. The confirmation states each default's weekly workdays, because these are used as the absence-rate denominator. Employees hired after the preview are not assigned without being shown first. Each company needs at least one default configured before this can assign anything.

A Defaults tab lets you maintain the default work schedules. A tester shows which default an employee would get and why.

View every schedule as currently in force, future, ended, as at a date, or all. You can edit a schedule, end it on a date, delete it, open an employee's history, or export the list to Excel. An employee can have only one schedule on any day. If a new schedule overlaps, you are told which schedules clash. You can also end the current schedule the day before the new one starts.

The new Work Schedules screen under Shift & Roster shows active headcount, coverage percentage, employees without a schedule and schedules with zero workdays. It lists who is missing a schedule, with an Assign button on each row.

The installed app (PWA) icons on desktop, Android and iOS now use the new gauge logo, and the app title bar is navy. If you already installed the app, reinstall it to see the new icon right away.

Biztimize now has its own icon in the browser tab. Before this, the tab showed no icon.

The sign-in page now shows the Biztimize gauge logo above the wordmark. On phones, the logo appears on a navy tile and the tagline now reads "Optimize your Business".

Saving an existing asset with an empty responsible person, floor, room or status details used to fail with a "may not be null" error. These fields can now be left blank and the asset saves normally.

A supplier's GSTIN is verified when you save, on demand, and re-checked monthly. A cancelled or suspended GSTIN blocks activating the supplier and shows a warning on purchase orders. Without a GST provider set up, only the format is checked and the supplier shows as Not verified.

Vendors now have an Udyam number, MSME category and certificate. The MSME 45-day outstanding report now uses the Udyam category. It applies the 45-day rule only to micro and small suppliers. Suppliers with an MSME number but no category are listed separately as Not captured.

A PO line can be split into several delivery dates. Receipts close the schedules oldest first, and the PO's delivery date follows the earliest open schedule. Overdue and adherence tracking works per schedule, and the PO print lists the schedules. An issued PO is amended as a new version, which resets its approval.

A new register tracks import LCs. You can link POs up to the LC amount and record drawings within the available balance and before expiry. Accepting a drawing moves the invoice's due date to the maturity date. LCs show their stage and close automatically. The due payables list shows which invoices are paid through an LC.

You can run vendor balance or job-worker stock confirmations, frozen as of a chosen date. Letters are mailed with a reply slip, and replies are recorded as Agreed or Disputed. Differences are listed but never posted. Reminders go out on day 7, and a supplier with no reply after 15 days is marked No response.

A new or changed supplier bank account is now a request. It needs the account number entered twice, the IFSC and a cancelled cheque. The new Senior Accounts Manager role approves it in My Approvals, and the requester cannot approve their own request. Payment proposals, bank files, payment advices and the due list use approved accounts only. A supplier with a pending change is excluded from proposals, and the reason is shown. Existing accounts stay active, but Accounts should review the migrated list.

A failed mandatory test blocks the lot's batch stock and proposes a non-conformance report, which takes over those blocks as its holds. A lot can't be accepted while a mandatory test is pending. An expired mandatory test shows as Failed-expired and blocks the release.

Create a versioned PFMEA for a style from process templates (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing). Each line has severity, occurrence and detection ratings, RPN, actions and revised ratings. Submitting is refused when a high-risk line (RPN 100 or more, or severity 9 or more) has no action. Approval runs through a new Head of Quality workflow. Characteristics, measurement points and plan lines now carry a special class (Safety, Critical, Key, Standard) with a symbol.

Generate control plans per phase from the PFMEA's detection controls. Approving a Production or Pre-launch control plan creates the inspection plan version for each inspection type it names, and the previous version becomes Obsolete from the effective date. Characteristics on a generated plan can't be edited directly.

Approving an engineering change order flags the style's PFMEAs, control plans and inspection plans as Review required. Inspection lots raised in the meantime show a warning. The flag clears when a new approved version replaces the object, or when the Quality Assurance Manager records that no change is needed, with a reason.

Define buyer test packages and raise test requests (TRFs) from them. An external lab is refused unless its accreditation is valid today and covers the test. Enter report values to have them judged against the package limits and written to the lot's lab results. Periodic tests are tracked in a validity register with a 60-day renewal list.

Chart characteristics with X̄-R, X̄-S, I-MR, p, np, c and u charts. Limits are frozen after the first 25 subgroups. Only the Head of Quality can exclude a point or recompute limits, and must give a reason. Run-rule signals notify and propose a non-conformance report but never stop production. Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk are shown with a histogram, and are marked not valid while a signal is open.

Adds Quality Planning, Lab Tests and SPC screens. Adds prints for PFMEA, control plan, test request form and capability report, plus six new reports and document numbering for PFMEA, control plan and TRF. PFMEA actions appear in the action tracker. Daily and weekly reminders cover overdue tests, renewals and due PFMEA actions. A new Lab Technician role is added.

The sales order P&L now shows stock issued directly to the order as consumption cost and adds it to actual material cost. Order Closure also counts these issues and their reversals as order cost.

Batch traceability now labels these movements as Sales Order Consumption and Sales Order Consumption Reversal.

A new Materials screen lets you pick a sales order, issue the stock earmarked for it and post. You can print each posted document. Only stock earmarked for that order can be issued, and you cannot issue more than is held. Free stock and other orders' stock are refused. Posting is also refused if the order is not in an issuable status or the cost group has no consumption account. Finance must map a consumption account for each cost group that holds sales order stock before issues can be posted.

Goods issues to a sales order can be reversed from the Material Document List. The reversal credits the cost back to the order and returns the stock to the batch earmarked for it.

Two new permissions control viewing and posting Goods Issue for Sales Order, and the Production Stores Clerk role gets both. Administrators must run the role setup and navigation seed for the menu entry to appear.

A credit note cleared alongside a receipt no longer shows up as an invoice paid on the printed receipt.

Saving several new fixed assets at the same time no longer fails with an error on a duplicate asset number. Assets imported with their own numbering no longer reset the automatic AST series back to 000001.

Reversing a receipt that cleared credit notes or other receipts now makes those credits available again and reopens the invoices. Before, the invoice stayed partly settled and the credit stayed marked as used.

The receipt amount is now figured as the invoices selected less the credits selected. You are warned if credits exceed the invoices, exceed what the credit has left, or if the net amount is more than the receipt.

The receipt form now lists the customer's credit notes and receipts with money still unapplied, so you can clear them alongside the invoices being paid (for example, invoice 100 = credit note 20 + receipt 80). The list can be filtered by type, overdue, or selected only, searched, and sorted.

Print a certificate pack for a plant. It has a cover page followed by the certificate PDFs, and expired certificates are left out.

Keep achieved and planned certificates with standard, certification body, scope, plants and files. Record surveillance audits, and the next audit date rolls forward. Expired status, colours and days to expiry are shown automatically. You get alerts 90 and 30 days before expiry and 30 days before a surveillance audit.

Every user can read published quality documents and acknowledge them, without needing access to the quality registers.

Set up document types with numbering pattern, approver steps, review period, retention and ISO 9001:2015 clauses. Keep a retention schedule and disposal register for hard-copy records. A batch cannot be disposed of before its retain-until date. Assign quality roles per plant and print the quality organisation. A new Document Controller role is available.

The issue list is proposed from the document's distribution list. Each issued copy prints with its copy number, revision and effective date. When a revision is superseded, its issued copies appear as withdrawal lines until you confirm them. Every other print is marked UNCONTROLLED COPY with the date and user, and attached PDFs get the same watermark.

Print the Master Document List, where drafts are marked 'Draft - not in use'. See which documents are due for review, and record a review with no change.

Quality documents get numbers from their document type's pattern, and a number is never reused. Each revision is approved by the approvers set on the type. A revision with a future effective date waits as Approved and becomes current on that date. Quality revisions can no longer be submitted from the general policy screen. They must be submitted from Quality > Documents.

Starting an audit on the tablet now captures the line and the re-screen hours. Customer complaints can be linked to a customer debit note and record a handling cost, which feed the cost of quality.

A new permission, view cost of quality, lets Finance and management read the cost of quality statement without being able to change it. Run the standard role setup to apply it to existing roles.

A cost of quality month starts as a draft, is published by the Head of Quality and is never recalculated after that. A correction is made as a revision with a reason, and publishing it supersedes the earlier version. A printable statement is available.

A new Cost of Quality page shows rejection, returns, rework, re-screening, complaint handling, claims and quality-related ledger costs in company currency, plus cost of quality as a percentage of net sales. Nothing is posted to the ledger. Where an order has no exchange rate the figure shows "Not available" instead of a wrong value. A claim uses the booked customer debit note amount when there is one.

A new Management Review page collects the twelve review inputs for each quarter. It reads live data while the pack is a draft and is frozen once issued. Any source that is missing or unreadable shows "Not available" with the reason. The pack can be printed.

KPI packs can be sent daily, weekly or monthly to subscribed reviewers as an email body, Excel or PDF. Each reviewer receives only the plants, lines and customers in their own slice. A printable KPI pack is also available.

The Head of Quality can set KPI targets with validity dates for a plant, line, customer, style or a customer and style together. The most specific target wins, and a tester shows which one applies to a given selection.

A new Quality Dashboard shows eight KPI tiles coloured green, amber or red against target, with the change since the previous period. It also has top defects per line and per style, KPI trends, a lines-by-days heat map, a customer view and drill-down to the underlying records. Figures refresh every 15 minutes for today and are closed each night.
